CONSTRUCTION
Modell 2 is the solid body version of Modell 1. While the body is slightly thinner and has no chambers or separate top, all other features remain unchanged. The quality of the wood, the neck, the pickups and, of course, the care and dedication with which each individual instrument is crafted are the same.
TONE & FLEXIBILITY
Thanks its body made of solid but lightweight okumé, the sound is thicker with stronger mids in comparison. Being more focused and slightly more compressed, this variation of the Baron sound is especially capable of handling distorted sounds with punch and contour. The still very quick response, balanced tone and even sustain make the Modell 2 feel at home in all styles of music.
The simpler construction of the guitar allows for a more affordable pricetag and therefore easier access to the Baron universe without compromising on quality. And of course it is the perfect addition to an existing Modell 1.
